PUNISHMENT.

A.This article tells about the Delinquent Children. The judge uses this electronic device for located this delinquent in Scotland. It should also help to reduce the growing problem of over-crowing in prison. But for critics that punishment is negative, because it doesn't help the young.

B.When the police found the guilty of burglary in Mississippi. The judges ordered him to stand on a street carrying a sing saying 'I'm a convicted thief'. In Arkansas the shoplifters are obliged to stand outside the stores with sings admitting their crimes. In Philadelphia a butcher is obliged to put an advertisement in the newspaper confessing his crime that he had sold contaminated meat. In Texas a man who beat his wife was forced to make a public apology.

C.Some American criminologists  want to have prisoners working a 40 hours week because they pay the victims of their crime. Judges have been allowed victims of burglary to visit your homes and steal something from them.In Britain shoplifters have been sent to work in the same shop and talk to owners.

D.The crimes among teenager is a growing problem, because maybe there is not discipline in the house. One solution begin tried out in the USA called boot camps. These institution, usually located in remote areas, are modeled on military training centers. The idea is to give young offenders a shock.

RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS.

A random act of kindness is a selfless act performed by a person or people wishing either to assist or to cheer up an individual person or people.

RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS STORIES.
1.When we were first married, my husband and I visited friends in Pittsburgh, approximately a five-hour drive from where we lived. The friends had cats, and my husband had a severe allergic reaction, so that we had to find a motel room for the rest of the visit. When we had checked out of the motel and were about half-way home, I discovered that I had left my wallet back in our room. Since it was before cell phones.
2.I share this story to offer ideas on doing the "little things" to make a big impact in the lives of others. Several years ago, my then-14 year old son and some of his friends decided that they were not doing enough to help people who were homeless and living on the streets. We lived outside a smaller city of about 250,000 people in the deep South and would often see people on the streets with signs asking for.
3.I had a dog named Ox who I loved. Sadly when we moved we had to leave him with my Uncle Mark. I was so sad for almost 2 years missing my dog. We couldn't take him because our living situation didn't allow it. Ox aka Oxford did not do so well with my uncle, not to mention he's an older dog. During Christmas break, my mom said we were going to the town we used to live in.

PALINDROMES.

Palindromes are words or phrases that read the same in both directions.
For example:
MADAM I'M ADAM.
Some men interpret nine memos.
Murder for a jar of red rum.
Kay, a red nude, peeped under a yak.
Ah, Satan sees Natasha.
There are two other types of palindrome, although neither is particularly common. The first is the word-unit palindrome. As the name suggests, these are palindromes in which the words form the same sentence in either direction, for example:Woman.
WOMEN UNDERSTAND MEN; FEW MEN UNDERSTAND WOMEN.

ITALIAN PALIDROMES:
I CORPI DI LEGIONARI DEBBON OBBEDIR A NOI GELIDI PROCI
ERO LI A SOPPORTARE ACETO NELL'ENOTECA: ERA TROPPO SAI LORE'
E M'AMA!E SARA' MATTA MARA SE AMA ME!

CHINESE PALINDROMES:

GUY FAWKES NIGHT.

Guy Fawkes Night, also known as Guy Fawkes Day, Bonfire Night and Firework Night, is an annual commemoration observed on 5 November. After Queen Elizabeth I died in 1603,they burned down the parliament. The tradition of Guy Fawkes-related bonfires actually began the very same year as the failed coup. The Plot was foiled in the night between the 4th and 5th of November 1605.Preparations for Bonfire Night celebrations include making a dummy of Guy Fawkes, which is called "the Guy".Bonfire Night is not only celebrated in Britain. On the night itself, Guy is placed on top of the bonfire, which is then set alight; and fireworks displays fill the sky.

SONG.

Remember, remember the fifth of November
Gunpowder, treason and plot
I see no reason why gunpowder treason
Should ever be forgot

Guy Fawkes, Guy Fawkes, 'twas his intent
To blow up the King and the Parliament
Three score barrels of powder below
Poor old England to overthrow
By God's providence he was catched
With a dark lantern and burning match
Holloa boys, holloa boys
God save the King!
Hip hip hooray!
Hip hip hooray!

A penny loaf to feed ol' Pope
A farthing cheese to choke him
A pint of beer to rinse it down
A faggot of sticks to burn him
Burn him in a tub of tar
Burn him like a blazing star
Burn his body from his head
Then we'll say ol' Pope is dead.
Hip hip hooray!
Hip hip hooray!
